115 implement directory tree in cli #193

A start at least, as i played a lot with implementing into the entityMeta system (with challenges) - added to be separate for now. Can potentially save some code in the EntityMeta generation.

will look into pulling it into CLI next

Let's leave this PR open for a future sprint. The next step would be filtering for +page.md files so that the tree only contains entities.
