LMS build output appears outside of root #214

Hi there.

Trying to get the new 0.3.0 up on staging, and noticed that the build output appears a level up from the root. I suspect the LMS svelte.config is the culprit here.

This would be great to have fixed and tested so we can upgrade to v0.3 :-)

I've reset this setting to defaults now so build appears in packages/lms
