This adds heading links and bookmarking add/remove icons to headings
I wasn't able to find a way to target all the heading at once, so I have created a layout imported h1-h6 into it. I have created a Headings component that wraps the slot in all these h components, as the handling is same regardless of the level.
The headings currently appear under their parent page as bullet points. You can add remove headings or you can remove all heading for a page using the app rail remove button.
