Feature: Glossary & New Term Tooltiping #89

I've always wanted a glossary of new/important terms to go with lessons, or at least some form of tool tip when hovering over them inside the text. This could possibly be AI generated base on the content, maybe even go as far as to design a tool tip component for it that the AI could direct to be appended to the relevant words.

If Molly could assist with generating tooltip context it would save many hundreds of teacher hours in future.

I was wondering if we could simply have teachers add a glossary list then get the AI to produce a short description for each item, then make a plugin to find the first occurrence of the word in the lesson content and attach a tool tip to it.
