Add GPL v2 LICENSE #6

Add full GPL v2 License text so GitHub displays the project license correctly and GitHub search will return NativeCAM when filtering by License type.

I know it's been a long time and will be merged after I push my changes. I am still confused on working with branches, having had many issues in the past trying to use them. I am working on master and I am afraid I might lose changes I have done so far.

@FernV If you merge this on GitHub there should be no chance of causing any problems since this PR does not modify any preexisting files. If you are not comfortable with command line git (I'm not either), I highly recommend the GitKraken visual git client: https://www.gitkraken.com
