Please tag version for easy packaging #2

I am the package maintainer for vdr-vnsiserver for Fedora and are using your repo for building the package. Currently I use a git hash to reference 1.1.0 but it would be better to use a tag/label, e.g. "1.1.0".

Could you please use tags/labels for better reference?
