Allow Ferrite v0.4 #28

Edit: Isn't required yet, but leaving open as it should be done when Ferrite v0.4 is released...

~To pass tests after Ferrite.jl is bumped to 0.4, this must be released (see https://github.com/Ferrite-FEM/Ferrite.jl/pull/668) Closes #27~

We can add this branch in Ferrite until 0.4 is finalized, it is difficult to know yet whether this package will support it as is! Probably, since it only deals with the Grid, but no hurry to release here since 0.4 is not actually available I think?

Fair point (setting the 0.4 in Ferrite was harder than I thought:)) You mean to update the CI-scripts in Ferrite to checkout this branch?
