Add logo to docs #107

it's currently not added to git. Seems like there's no way to add it hosted somewhere, see https://documenter.juliadocs.org/stable/man/guide/#Adding-a-logo-or-icon. Only option without git tracking is to build it during docs https://github.com/Ferrite-FEM/Ferrite.jl/blob/master/docs/logo.jl

I think this is sane. Let us leave this as a starter for interested contributors.
