Rewrite Ferriteviewer to something more composable with PlotSpecs #113

With https://github.com/MakieOrg/Makie.jl/pull/2868 it should become easier to have a modular viewer, filtering systems etc. Will be part of Makie v0.20.0 (current Release is 0.19.12)
