I deleted dev folder, and now my phone not boot at all, how to fix it?

What motivation do you have when removed /dev folder? Are you completely lost your mind?

The /dev folder is essential as explained at #21, why did you remove it?

Flash your phone with latest firmware, maybe it'll work
