Updates plot design of PatternGeneSet plots

scale fill of the bars with k/K for overrepresentation or NES for enrichment
include legend of the scale colors
gene set names are overlayed on the bars rather than inclusion as ticks on the Y axis
shortened axis name for negative log adjusted p-value
