eb3c2b234fd7946d47b39cb3204003bda8e36d55 (Reorder Moves) disables a1f85d1ab6ac4e07332dac1282b3d19235fb025f (Reorder Workouts) since the nested lists cause issues with the reordering. Might look into it later if enough people request reordering workouts.

A way of dealing with this would be to make only a part of the row draggable, and advertise it with an hamburger icon for example: s9fsu
