For #40 Save move wakeups and state. Equivalent to #15 back in the day.

fa98c48bfd0e435fa9bf609a16dd8e680a43b692 sets the stage for this since wakeups will need to request a workout as soon as the app is started. This makes sure those messages are not ignored if the js is not initialized yet.
