Multiple reports that a plugin/theme is deactivated when updated to a new version

Bug maybe:

On the Updater Festinger Vault:

Avada Website Builder For WordPress & WooCommerce] 7.11.7 New: 7.11.9

But version installed is actually Version 3.11.9

And after updating the plugins (seems to be worked but didnt got activated after it) not going away they they are up2date now
