It is not specified which fields cannot be the same. In the UG, we know that users cannot have the same NAME only, with duplicate phone numbers being possible and okay.

Yes, this is correct. No 2 clients can have exactly the same fields. They can have one similar field(example phone number), but their name cannot be the same, so no two clients will have the exact same fields.
