Appt-b date/time error is not specific enough #3

Command entered: appt-b 1 time/2024-02-31-00-00

Feedback received: Appointment should be in the form of 'yyyy-MM-dd-HH-mm'. It can't be empty when using appointment command

The entered time/date is indeed of the correct form, and is not empty. This error is caused by how there is no 31st February. A user who did not spot this mistake might feel that the application is not working
