Working towards V10 support #206

Templates are mostly working correctly now, and I have the fix for files from @sanguaire.

This is otherwise work towards #203

There appears to be an issue where the fill texture doesn't automatically get added to MeasuredTemplates when the change the Preset. I'll take a look at that tonight (UTC+10).
