Describe the bug Many effects are displaying oddly

To Reproduce Either add a Flames Special Effect to a Template, or use one of the preconfigured Macros to apply to a token

Expected behavior The effect should appear visually as flames but appears as strange black & white static

Browser: Chrome 107.0.5304.110

Foundry Version: 10 Build 291

Game System: DnD5e 2.1.4

@JamesBorg Can you sent me your hardware specifications? Are you using an integrated GPU? I need to know more about your OS and your graphic card.
