When the administrator has the silent permission, no messages will be displayed when joining, logging out, or switching servers.

vmessage.silent.join
vmessage.silent.quit
vmessage.silent.switch

I added the silent permissions with the aliases in the last version of the vmessage which is the 1.6.0
