Make the `autograder-core` update itself

Description

This is going to be fun to implement. I do not want to bump a release for everything using the autograder, every time a hot fix is made.

To solve this, we implement

• checking for new releases on github,
• downloading the latest jar
• somehow replace the currently loaded classes with the updated ones?
