Make Code compatible with JDK 17 #567

Since we may need to build the autograder for JDK 17, I've made it compatible with JDK 17 again. Feel free to use the PR and make modifications.

@Luro02 If you have no objections I'm gonna merge this PR since the Artemis4J rewrite is blocked by it

I have some objections about the downgrade, but there is nothing I can do about it, because we are limited by the environment in which IntelliJ plugins are executed 😕
