Feature Request: Implement Filter List #1

If you follow streams like esl_csgo it spams you with Reruns of events.

Feature request: implement a list of blocked words so you can filter events

e.g: /block Rerun

Hi! It good idea, but I don't know how create good interface for filters, I try to do it..

Now telegram have api for edit messages, and spam messages every 2h will stop.

I would be interested in a filter function too. I really like the bot but it would be more useful if I could filter so that I only receive notifications with certain keywords in the title. That way I only get notifications relevant when a twitch channel plays a game I want to watch or has the name of a league in the title that I'm interested in either through whitelisting or blacklisting.
