Significant lag when vehicle is on screen

Minecraft 1.20.1 FVTM 4.20.15

Game loses ~70 fps with complex vehicle like a suburban on screen. Fps loss with a vehicle like a Plain 1002 is not as bad but still significant performance loss. Please let me know if you need more information. Thanks!

Known issue, unclear cause (besides that it's rendering related), 1.20 specific.
