Cascading worldgen-lag

Describe the bug The insanity dimension and depth dimension both cause cascading worldgen lag

To Reproduce Go to one of the dimensions

Expected behavior The cascading world-gen warning should be very rare

Additional context

• The lag increases the longer you play.
  • Re-logging resets the lag
• After returning to the overworld, the lag does not stop.
  • Extremely bad in depth dimension
  • Dimensions get unloaded too late (1-2 minutes after leaving dimension)
  • Probably caused by dwarf mining AI
• The dwarf base marker and mining AI probably search for blockpositions in unloaded chunks

Results

• Dwarf AI is a problem
• Dwarf Spawner is a problem
