cosmetic: timezone issue #13

It says:

requested 2021-07-15 04:03 UTC

It’s 04:03 CEST right now though, it will only be 04:03 UTC in two hours.

Thank you for the catch! I'm guessing I broke this the last time fichub moved servers. Will have to go through the sql and python to make sure everything is correctly passing timezones. Looking briefly at the sql tables, may need to offset some existing data. It should be a learning experience if nothing else :)

Right. Alternatively export TZ=UTC before starting the services. This might be easier.
