chapter numbers #15

Can you please make /nav/ul into an ol in https://github.com/FicHub/fichub.net/blob/d984af8d39cfbaf912805e04dad4d4754a12bc4e/templates/full_fic.html#L29 ?

This helps with chapter numbers (I tested this locally).

I only tested the PKZIPped HTML export, not the other formats.

Sure, this seems reasonable. Just pushed a change to address this, along with a change so that individual export type caches can be invalidated without impacting the others. Please let me know if you encounter any issues!
