missing player row of inventory + doubled items

1) missing row
What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. set capacity to 18 and 27 slots
2. open inventory of backpack

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
i see only 2 rows of player inventory (instead of 3)

What version of the mod are you using?
last 1.28.37-1.6.x

What version of Minecraft are you using?
1.6.4

Are you playing on a server? If so is it a forge or MCPC+ server?
MCPC+ craftbukkit-1.6.4-R2.1-mcpc-plus-forge965-B251

2) doubling items from 1 row of inventory
What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. set capacity to 18 and 27 slots
2. set rows to 4 and 3
2. open inventory of backpack

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
items on row are doubled, only visual bug (physicaly double only if you have GM 
1).

ad. workbench have similar bug.. i dont see 1 row of matrix :D

Please give me your backpack config file.
I will test this.
But as this is not a critical bug I won't fix it as MC1.6 is no longer 
supported by me.
