Big by upgrade only option #7

I'd like an option to only allow the big backpack to be made by upgrading a 
small backpack.

As it is I see little point in upgrading the small backpacks as to upgrade it 
requires everything to just make it outright AND the small backpack. Even if 
you have a 1 backpack limit set keeping the small backpack in a chest gives you 
extra storage in the chest.
