Cannot Wear Backpack #94

What steps will reproduce the problem?

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I should be able to place the backpack in my chest armor slot but it won't 
stick.

What version of the mod are you using?
1.27.34

What version of Minecraft are you using?
1.6.4

Are you playing on a server? If so is it a forge or MCPC+ server?

RTFM, little hint it doesn't go into the chest slot.
