Minidress Changes - Hopefully fixes. #43

I've spotted what look like copy and past mistakes in minidress. The specification says it is normalwear but the code says outerwear. Also the shiftyness spec was coded for the dress so it was overriding the ealier stanza and leaving those properties undefined on minidreses.

Also moved minidress in the the normalwear section from outerwear.

I thought I had caught all the copy-paste template errors by now. As for the layer, I'm unsure if it's the property or specification that's wrong, but I seem to remember making a concious choice to make them different layers, to show how it interacts with other garments.
