error with Mongo image
can't run docker-compose locally because of env issues (need to do this for local testing)

Fixed error with Mongo image not being pulled correctly. Need a new ticket to investigate best way of running d-c locally and also solve the local mongo connection issues (might be that the mongo container has not started up in time).
