PR#54 for the ROV reuses the REXROV hydro parameters. This is probably fine for now, but should customize model for the new vehicle.

At this point, having detailed hydro parameters for this vehicle exemplar is not on our list of active efforts. We are leaving the issue open, but not actively working on it at this time.
