2 "Node::Advertis(): Error advertising a topic #3

I am seeing 2 "Node::Advertis(): Error advertising a topic. Did you forget to start the discovery service?" messages, but I don't know what they are associated with.

@dtdavi1 Where can I see the msg? I don't see anything like it on the terminal screen. I am moving this to an Issue page.

@woensug-choi It might be specific to my workstation (e.g., something I haven't installed or something that is installed incorrectly). The errors don't show up immediately, but shortly after everything was running there were two messages in the terminal window. I moved the sonar model around in the tank, but I'm not sure whether or not that had anything to do with the error messages.

@dtdavi1 I moved the camera around to take a video clip. No msg shown. Hmm..

I have not seen such errors msg ever since again. As mentioned above, it could be something specific to hardware or installations. This is not fatal to any features being provided.
