Addresses the bug fix for Issue #7

The calculation of incident angles is modified.
The calculation of ray angles is modified.
It's built on top of PR https://github.com/Field-Robotics-Lab/nps_uw_multibeam_sonar/pull/8
Default plotScaler changed from 10 to 2.5
Default camera/clip/near changed to 0.2
Horizontal cylinder added
