Refactor app to use Backbone.js

As a base for the next lot of refactoring, we need to get the app using Backbone MVC library to structure it's pages and modelling of data.

We'll need to:

• Deal with the incompatibilities between Backbone and jQuery Mobile using jquery-mobile-router: https://github.com/azicchetti/jquerymobile-router
• Override the default Backbone Model.sync to use local storage, see: http://documentcloud.github.com/backbone/docs/backbone-localstorage.html
• Figure out how to render the simple home/visualisation pages (leaving the forms for later, when we'll use https://github.com/powmedia/backbone-forms)

Haven't used backbone myself, but heard a lot of good things about it..
