Some paths hardcoded #1

E.g.:

Error: Image folder 'C:\Users\fsc\Documents\Temp\images ' does not exist.

Please remove them all.

The paths were initialised from an ini file (iniBioRec.txt) - user can manage this file to manage the environment. I left my ini file in the distribution as an example. I've now changed this so that the example paths are commented out when user first starts the software. I just uploaded v1.0.2 with this fix to the repository.
