Feature request - options for specifying output file names #53

Consider providing a way for user to specify a format for output file names from the biological recording tool as per Pete's suggestion.

User can use the options to specify a column in a metadata file that is used to store the output file name, e.g. biorec.namecolumn: FileName. This is only relevant for output generated via print composer.
