Biological Records Tool should understand Channel Island grid refs #63

Many British/Irish recording schemes cover the Channel Islands as well as Britain and Ireland. It would therefore be sensible for the tool to be able to deal with CSVs of mixed grid references that cover all three GR systems - as the the BRC Atlas (https://github.com/BiologicalRecordsCentre/brc-atlas) and BRC British Isles Grid Ref (https://github.com/BiologicalRecordsCentre/brc-atlas-bigr) libraries do.
