The NBN Tool needs the addition of a 'reason for download' drop-down list which will be populated from values taken from here: https://logger.nbnatlas.org/service/logger/reasons

Agreed with David Martin by email on 25/04/2017 to do this.

This is now implemented for the upcoming v3.0.0 release of the plugin which will work with QGIS v3.
