Door traps not marked with relocate chests/traps

Currently does not identify trap tiles in front of some doors as traps that should be relocated. It also doesn't mark them. It should probably at least mark them (by changing the upper-right PPU tile of the terrain tile from blank to X)

Fixed in beta
