Some cleaning in migration and in readme #12

I made some cleaning in files mostly in the DB migration files and in the readme

Sorry it might not work with utf8 I didn't check. I will tonight

So UTF8 works perfectly but you can't use for example 🍕 some website advises to use utf8mb4 i will try tomorrow

First of all, thanks for this push merge request! I'll merge it when you will be sure that UTF8 will not generate any problems.
