Lack of a persistent flags directory/file #333

There is no documented way to set persistent flags for figma-linux, and it doesnt seem to read the standard ~/.config/electron-flags.conf file either.
This makes it rather difficult to launch in Wayland user as other hacky workarounds must be used to ensure it launches correctly each time.
