Make error messages more contextual/visible. #4

When running into https://github.com/Figments/offprint-issue-tracker/issues/3, I did eventually notice that an error is displayed at the top of the profile panel. This is easily missed because a) the error doesn't appear in the section of the page that actually generated it (i.e. it would be preferable to have the password field warn red and display a message there when you attempt to save, rather than have the page refresh and, at a glance, nothing happen) and b), related to https://github.com/Figments/offprint-issue-tracker/issues/2, your default theme for the entire site is "error red", so inserting a box that's the same red doesn't stand out like an error should.

First bit is probably pending some JavaScript reimplementation of the forms. I'll look into it.
