it seems caused by the changes in texture, texture.source gone

Get a valid model by anyway like Avatar Wizard
Load the model with Blockbench 4.10+ (mine is 4.10.3)
Don't change anything and save the model as General or using Figura plugin as Figura model format
It becomes a invalid model
