Some tweaks to the QLK API to give a bit more detail of what’s happening and to reduce the need to keep reloading data (still a way to go though), also a significant change to the demo app (which should maybe be its own project!)

Thanks Richard - we just pushed a big update with changes that we've been working on, so quite a bit has changed.

The demo app is probably not an area we are going to develop much further in the main repo, aiming mostly for just compatibility changes as needed when the API develops. But please feel free to have at it in your own fork!
