Can't create new filament manufacturer #15

I keep getting an error that it validation fails when trying to create a new filament manufacturer.

Where are you getting that error, on the site, on the android app, or on the iOS app? And did you fill in all information?

I open the app on Android, go to manufacturers and select add. I fill in the name website and add a logo and when I click submit it gives me the error
