Volume slider highlight is backwards #1276

Summary

I'm not sure how or why this issue started (maybe a recent update) but the colors and UI of the volume sliders have inverted. Instead of the highlight/color filling from low to to high, it's now filling the other way around and looks backwards. Please see included screenshot of the issue as well as my Windows color settings.

Steps to reproduce

  1. Click volume icon in task bar.
  2. Look at sliders that appear above it.

EarTrumpet version

2.2.1.0

Note to future self. Still reproduces on 22H2 19045.2846 when [Show accent color on the following surfaces] [Start, taskbar, and action center] is checked.

Windows 11 also affected.

I've upgraded to Windows 11, and this bug still occurs. I think I've narrowed it down to the option named "Show accent color on Start and taskbar"
