Hello there!
You seem to have replaced the GNU LGPLv3 with the GNU LGPLv2.1.
As the README.md file still explains the repository to be licensed under the LGPLv3, you are either no longer giving recipients a license along with the program, or have attempted to relicense the project under different terms, both of which go against the requirements in section 4 of the GPLv3.
This means your rights under the license are automatically terminated as per section 8 of the GPLv3, and any attempt to modify or propagate the mod is now void. As this is the first time you receive notice of a violation of the license by me, you have 30 days to cease this violation to still have your license reinstated permanently.
As you seem to have recently abandoned this repository in favor of a new one, the easiest course of action is to delete this repository. Otherwise, you'll have to force push a commit history without the license change.
