Translator causes Browser to crash unexpectedly

Translator causes Browser to crash unexpectedly, no matter which pages are translated. it happens randomly, even whenever i try to start Firefox. The add-on also causes problems without translation, all the time randomly, e.g. 4 times a day

How long has this problem started to occur? Can you tell if it was right after an update?

What are your device settings? cpu, ram, hd, etc... Or simply the model name if it's a notebook.

Another likely cause is the translation cache, maybe it's too big and your device has difficulty reading it.

Hello. I also face same type of problem, the CPU usage is very high, when loading a page, if the translator addon is enabled, but if I disabled it, it won't cause same problem, is there any way to make the CPU usage lower, because it seems really unnecessary to jump the CPU that high when loading the page (even before translating).

Thanks. Mine is i7-2640m dual core 4 thread 16gb of ram, 480gb of ssd disabled disk cache, but ram cache is big.
