Support for LibreTranslate #278

Would be AWESOME to have support for LibreTranslate (as the discussion in this issue).

We could have a little tab to specify the LibreTranslate API address (and optional API key) and use it.

What do you think?

Hi, just dropping in to say this would be a really cool feature!

This extension works really well, and it would be nice to optionally use a more privacy respecting backend.

@FilipePS Is this anywhere on your roadmap? Supporting at least one FOSS service in the future would be fantastic.

hi, some servers doesn't require api key https://github.com/LibreTranslate/LibreTranslate#mirrors but I can't add this servers without api key in twp

Giving users the freedom to choose their translation provider, especially one that preserves privacy, would be great! As someone who hosts an instance, albeit slow due to a lack of a GPU on my server, I would not mind being on the provider list.

Edit: Ah, I see it's available under the experimental section. Nice!
